Savory Beet Smoothie


Great for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of Protein Complete powder (150 calories)
  • Fill with ½ coconut water (60 calories) 
  • Fill ½ regular water 
  • Add ice and half of a 2" whole raw beet, peeled and raw ( 17 calories) 
  • 2 carrots (22 calories) 
  • ½ stick of celery (5 calories) 
  • ¼ cucumber, skin on (4 calories)
  • 1 cup kale (33 calories) or spinach (7 calories)
*Optional:
  • Stevia to make it sweeter (no calories)
  • 1 cup zucchini (20 calories)
  • ¼ avocado (72 calories) to sustain energy level. Highly recommended.

Directions:
