All The Greens Soup

Prep Time: 30 minutes                                                                                               Yield: 3 servings Ingredients:  2 leeks 2 celery stalks 2 zucchini 12 broccoli florets 2 big handfuls spinach leaves 3 vegetable stock cubes (no msg!) Water Salt and pepper to taste  Directions: 1. Chop all vegetables except for spinach, and then toss all vegetables into a large pot with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil.
